On March 14, 2024, an EF-2 tornado with winds up to 115 miles per hour tore through southeast Indiana and northern Kentucky. The town of Milton, KY, was heavily hit and left in dire need of assistance.
Later that day, Minuteman Disaster Response sent a team to survey the damage and engage with residents to establish work orders and fill needs. Following this recon mission, members from the Region 4 area traveled to Milton, KY, to begin Sawyer and Heavy Equipment operations.
